Experience

I'm a change and communications consultant. Hands-on and pragmatic about getting the results leaders need, I turn complexity into something people can act on and build trust even in rooms and forums where that's hard.

What’s Next

I work with leaders and teams who want to achieve big things. My job is getting the people who matter aligned, motivated and contributing to those aims.

I do this through projects and advisory support in:

Change strategy and planning, readiness and impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement plans, management of change processes, delivery of change milestones, and more

Communications strategy, change narratives, executive announcements, comms function optimisation (including process and workflow identification), channel audits, message house creation, end-to-end content creation and event management, and more

Learning programme and content development, workshop design and facilitation, executive coaching, team effectiveness sessions, training delivery, and more

Capability Building

I particularly specialise in situations involving sensitive people change (e.g., executive team changes, redundancies, and restructurings); transformations and projects that have lost momentum or stakeholder buy-in; and upskilling teams at scale to adopt new processes and ways of working (including integrating AI).

I’ve spent my career helping people to understand each other, collaborate, and accept new ideas. Some highlights:

Six years as an expert consultant at McKinsey, the last two as European Lead for the Strategic & Change Communications practice, working across 15+ transformations including with FTSE 100s, tech bluechips, fast-growing startups and public sector organisations
Activated a sensitive €1bn banking transformation, mobilising 1,500 leaders in a leak-free launch allowing a controlled, positive narrative at the upcoming capital markets day
Advised four CEOs through executive transitions, developing confidential narrative and notification plans for highly sensitive, often dynamic changes to leadership teams
Designed and delivered a multi-format communications skills programme for 1,000+ sales agents over a two-year growth acceleration, achieving 4.8/5 satisfaction and 95% reporting increase in confidence
Managed events programme and media engagement on major economic reports at an independent think-tank, using coverage to shape political debate on living standards
Led product management on award-winning apps for publishers including Disney, winning a BAFTA and an Apple App of the Year
Scaled an innovation agency from three people to thirty across four countries as COO, growing revenue 20x in three years

What I Do

I’m taking on contracts while I build Done (Actually): tools and services to help leaders and teams influence and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired results. It’s a gap I’ve seen in most change management toolkits and one I can help with.
